Cancellation and Refund Policy

GENERAL

  1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, as well as other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.
  3. Shipping costs, if applicable, are borne by the buyer.
  4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
  5. The product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with all necessary documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals, if applicable.
  6. If the delivery of the product becomes impossible, the seller shall notify the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the total amount within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

  1. If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.

UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE

  1. If, after delivery, it is determined that the buyer’s credit card was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the seller by the bank, the buyer must return the product within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

DELAYS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

  1. If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request cancellation, replacement, or postponement of delivery. If canceled, refunds are processed within 14 days (bank processing times may vary).

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT

  1. The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and should not accept damaged goods. Once accepted, the product is deemed to be in good condition. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason and without penalty, by notifying the seller.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

  1. For services, the 14-day period starts from the contract date. If the service has started with the consumer’s consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
  2. Costs arising from the withdrawal are borne by the seller.
  3. The buyer must notify the seller in writing within 14 days and return the unused product.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product must be returned complete, unused, and with original packaging and accessories
  • Invoice must be included
  • Corporate invoices require a return invoice

REFUND CONDITIONS

  1. The seller shall refund the product price within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
  2. If the product value decreases due to buyer’s fault, the buyer is responsible for compensation.
  3. If a campaign discount condition is no longer met due to return, the discount will be canceled.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that cannot be returned include:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Hygienic products (if opened)
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital content and software
  • Opened audio/video media
  • Products unsuitable for return due to health reasons

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. In case of payment default via credit card, the buyer accepts responsibility for interest and legal obligations under their agreement with the bank.
