Payment and Delivery
1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
For payments made by bank transfer, the delivery time starts after the amount of the product is received in our account. This includes payments made by bank transfer. If the bank transfer you indicate does not reach our account within 7 business days, the order will be considered invalid.
2) By Credit Card on Our Website
Purchases made with Visa and Mastercard are processed via 128-bit SSL and allow single payment or installment purchases with participating credit cards. Valid credit cards are listed during the shopping process.
Your orders will be delivered to our contracted shipping company within a maximum of 3 business days after the order confirmation process is completed. Shipping costs are not included in the order total. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and volume of the product you purchase.
You can contact our customer service to learn about delivery conditions. Domestic deliveries are only available.
In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellations or stock issues, refunds will be made to your credit card within seven business days.
3) Order Refund
In case of order cancellations for any reason, Turgan Architecture and Construction Industry Trade Limited Company will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within seven business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information correctly and completely to our company's finance officers.
4) Delivery
We strive to ship your ordered products on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the shipping time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of any possible delivery delays.
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address of your current location as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you selected at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via our contracted shipping company. Your orders will be delivered to the shipping company within a maximum of three business days after confirmation.
You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Also, cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.
5) Payment Tracking
If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any problem, the visitor will be informed of this situation on the payment page.
In case of any error in the specified address, the customer who placed the order will be contacted regarding the order that could not be delivered.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed by an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
We are responsible for the successful delivery not only to the customer but also to the bank whose credit card system we use.
6) Security Measures
Orders placed in our store go through various security stages before entering the delivery process. Our store managers may request additional information from you to complete these processes completely. The customer is responsible for fulfilling these requests; if requests are not fulfilled or if orders raise suspicions, they may not be shipped. Furthermore, our company cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the consumer.
7) Your Personal Information
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, you must enter your membership information completely and accurately. To deliver your purchased product, it is mandatory to enter your name, surname, phone number, address, and Turkish Republic Identity Number in the billing and delivery information section. This information is required for both security and legal purposes. Please review the privacy policy for detailed information.
8) Errors
Our store cannot be held responsible for any errors that may occur in product descriptions, names, prices, images, etc.
9) Product Prices
All fees determined and collected by our store are clearly displayed with the products for our customers to see. These prices cannot be disputed later.
10) Shipping Fee
The shipping fee will be paid by the customer placing the order. However, due to seasonal campaigns, shipping costs above a certain amount will be covered by Turgan Mimarlık ve İnşaat Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, and this will be clearly stated on the website. When paying by credit card, the shipping fee is clearly displayed. For payments made by bank transfer, the shipping fee should be inquired about beforehand. If there is a promotional offer regarding shipping fees, you will be notified and the fee will be automatically reflected in your payment plan.
Shipping costs other than this are paid by the customer.
Please note!
If you suspect that the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in front of the delivery company representative. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and have the shipping company prepare a damage report.
After the product is accepted, it is assumed that the shipping company has fully fulfilled its duty.

If you complete these steps, we will begin working on your package and arrange for a repeat delivery as soon as possible.
