Using our sand coffee maker is very simple:
Plug the device into a socket with the correct voltage.
Pour the special quartz sand into the tray (included in the package).
Turn on the machine and wait 7–8 minutes for the sand to heat up.
Set the thermostat to a maximum of 200°C.
Once the sand is hot, place your cezve (coffee pot) into the sand and brew your coffee.
After use, remember to turn off the device and allow the sand to cool down.

Our devices, when used correctly and in accordance with the user manual, are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Any manufacturing-related defects that occur during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The sand usually reaches the desired temperature in 7-8 minutes. We recommend avoiding direct contact with the hot sand.
If you have a business and don't want the machine to cool down, you can keep the sand temperature around 100°C.
During the coffee brewing process, the sand temperature should be raised to approximately 200°C.
When cleaning your device, please follow these steps:
After use, turn off and unplug the device and allow it to cool completely.
After ensuring the sand has completely cooled, you can gently remove any remaining sand.
Wipe the exterior of the device with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaning products.
Avoid contact of electrical components with water.
Regular cleaning improves the performance and extends the life of your device.
Please perform the following checks:
Are the outlet and electrical system where the appliance is plugged in intact?
Is there any breakage, burning, or odor in the appliance's cable? Is the outlet melted or damaged?
Is the thermostat being used at a maximum temperature of 200°C? Has it been left at high temperatures for an extended period?
Has the appliance been dropped? Are you sure it is in a secure and stable location?
Has the appliance come into contact with liquid?
Are none of the above conditions present, and the appliance's lights are not on?

First, ensure that the outlet and electrical system your appliance is plugged into are in good condition. A faulty outlet or wiring can damage your appliance and its cable.
If the fuse blows despite the outlet being in good condition, we recommend contacting a qualified electrician to have your fuse panel checked.
