Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is concluded between the following parties:

By accepting this Agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay the total order amount, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

2. Definitions

  • Law: Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
  • Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation
  • Product: Any goods or digital content subject to sale
  • Website: www.cahvee.com

3. Subject

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Website, including rights and obligations under applicable law.

4. Product Information

Product details (type, quantity, price, etc.) are as listed on the Website.

  • Prices include VAT
  • Shipping cost is borne by the Buyer

5. Delivery

  • Products shall be delivered within a maximum of 30 days
  • If delivery fails, the Buyer may terminate the contract
  • Products are delivered complete and as described

6. General Provisions

  • The Buyer confirms having read and accepted all pre-contractual information
  • The Seller may supply an equivalent product if necessary (with Buyer approval)
  • If fulfillment becomes impossible, the Seller will notify within 3 days and refund within 14 days
  • If payment is not made, delivery obligation ceases

7. Payment Security

If unauthorized use of the Buyer’s credit card is detected and payment is not received, the Buyer must return the product within 3 days (shipping covered by Seller).

8. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the Buyer may:

  • Cancel the order
  • Request replacement
  • Postpone delivery

Refunds are processed within 14 days.

9. Buyer Obligations

  • Inspect the product upon delivery
  • Do not accept damaged goods
  • Keep the product unused if withdrawal is exercised
  • Return invoice with the product

10. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Return shipping cost is covered by Seller
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

11. Non-Returnable Products

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Hygienic items (if opened)
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital content and software
  • Opened media (DVD, CD, etc.)

12. Default

In case of payment default, the Buyer is responsible for interest and legal obligations towards their bank.

13. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be resolved before Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.

14. Enforcement

This Agreement enters into force once the Buyer completes the payment.
